Thanks for visiting. After a long and satisfying career in Executive and Leadership Coaching- and in Meeting Design and Facilitation, I am moving into a new phase of life. I will only be accepting a very limited number of coaching assignments- and only on referral from previous clients.
I am grateful for the trust that my clients have put in me, and for satisfaction that comes from the work I have done in the last 20 years. Going forward, I intend more travel, more time to write and the opportunity to spend more time with family, friends and causes that encourage independence and self-awareness.
If you need Executive and Leadership Coaching or Meeting Design and Facilitation support, feel free to email me and I will happily provide an introduction to professional colleagues I feel are a good fit for your needs.
And please, visit and subscribe at my new home on the web, on Substack. I will continue writing there and intend to broaden the scope of topics I will explore. You will find there, my history of writing “On Leadership” (a monthly column for Arkansas Business), deeper dives into topics exploring Leadership, Enterprise Change, Organizational Impact and Executive Coaching, Personal Development and other topics of interest.
*The quote and artwork at the top of the page come from Lewis Carroll’s poem, The Walrus and The Carpenter, which appears in Through the Looking Glass, originally published in 1871. It was also my mother’s way of signaling to my brothers and I when we were small children that it was bedtime- so represents to me the notice of a needed, if not entirely welcomed change, hence its prominent place here.
